Voici le plus grand de deux appartements clairs, accueillants et confortables. Nous avons tout récemment achevé des travaux à des normes exceptionnelles. Il est meublé, 32m2, dans une résidence tranquille au beau quartier du "Port des Minimes". Vous auriez un grand balcon avec des belles vues, à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville magnifique de La Rochelle, et à 2 pas des commerces, des restaurants et des cafés.

La Rochelle is easily the most attractive city on the West Coast of France, and many say that it beats off ALL competition in the country as a whole. This apartment is the larger of two very cosy and special ones, if we do say so ourselves! We have recently completed renovation and redecoration work on it: it is a 32m2 self-catering apartment in a tranquil residence in a lovely location with a balcony overlooking the lovely area known as the "Port des Minimes", twenty minutes leisurely walk from the stunning city centre, and two minutes from local shops and cafes.

L'appartement inclus un salon/salle à manger avec un canapé qui se transforme en 2 lits à 1 pers ou 1 lit à 2 pers, TV et DVD, chambre à 2 personnes confortable, cuisine, salle de bains avec douche, grand balcon avec des vues du quartier et des jolis jardins. Il y a un parking à l'extérieur, et un garage souterrain. Il y a des restaurants, des cafés, des commerces et des belles plages à 2 pas, et le centre-ville de La Rochelle est à 20mins à pied. L'appartement (environ 32 m²) se situe dans un environnement agréable, et vous vous sentirez vraiment chez vous lorsque vous connaissez et explorez la région, sans supporter les frais excessifs des hôtels. L'appartement peut coucher une famille de 4 personnes. Des habitants de La Rochelle nous même, nous serions toujours disponibles si vous avez besoin des conseils sur les évènements, restos, bars, cabinets immobiliers, etc.

The apartment consists of a lounge with sofa-bed convertible into a large double bed or two singles, dining room area and TV/DVD set-up offering French terrestrial channels and UK channels (including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Children's and News channels - click here for complete list) via satellite, a cosy double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large balcony with views of the area and attractive grounds/gardens. There is a car park with free parking spaces, and secure underground parking for the flat. It has restaurants, cafes, shops and beaches a stone's throw away, as well as the town centre of La Rochelle. The flat (approx 32 m²) is in extremely pleasant surroundings and is an excellent, homely base from which to explore this thriving and beautiful town without the hefty hotel charges. The flat can comfortably sleep a family of four. As an English/Irish couple recently moved to La Rochelle ourselves, we will always be around to help you with finding your way around, finding the best places to eat and drink (no shortage there!), the important things to see, where to find the best estate agents for those of you having a sneaky look around for possibilities, etc...
